Perpignan 82, of Richmond, VA went into eternal rest on February 24, 2023, Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Back Swamp Church of Christ with Dr. Shawn Scott Officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Andrews Memorial Garden. Ministry of Comfort Entrusted to Paradise Funeral Home Inc.
